Terms
What this site is, and what it is not.
This site describes a house with eleven rooms on the inlet road at Tofino, British Columbia, and the rooms inside it. It is published by the people who run the house.
The site does not transact
Nothing here books a room, takes a payment, holds a balance or accepts a wager. A booking is made by telephone or by letter and written into a paper book at the desk. If a page ever appears to offer otherwise, it is a mistake on our side and the paper book is what counts.
Accuracy
Opening hours, the number of tables and the arrangements described here are right at the date below and are checked when they change. The road, the weather and the ferry are outside anybody's control and we make no promise about any of them.
The guest note
The guest account page writes to your own browser. We do not hold a copy, cannot restore one, and take no responsibility for a note lost when a device is cleared or replaced.
Law
The law of British Columbia applies, and the courts of that province are the ones with jurisdiction.
