Cookies
Two keys in local storage. No cookies in the usual sense at all.
Strictly speaking this site sets no cookies. It writes two keys into your browser's local storage, which is a different mechanism with the same practical effect: something is remembered on your device between visits.
The two keys
- One records that you answered the age question, so the house does not ask again on every page
- One records that you closed the bar at the foot of the screen
The third, only if you make it
If you fill in the guest account page, a third key holds that note. It is written only when you press the button on that page and it is removed when you clear the note or clear your browser data.
Turning them off
Block storage for this site in your browser settings and everything still works. The age question will be asked each time, the bar will come back, and the guest note cannot be saved. Nothing else changes.
What is not here
No tracking pixel, no identifier that follows you to another site, no advertising profile, and nothing shared with a third party, because there is no third party in this website at all.
